- Beechstreet
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Capital Health Plan
- Medicare
- Medicaid
- United Health Care
- Universal Healthcare / Medicare Masterpiece
- Vista
We are not an in-network provider for the following insurance companies, but as a courtesy to
our patients, we will file claims with:
- Cigna
- Great West
- Guardian
- Private Healthcare Systems
- United Benefits
We do not accept and are not a provider for the following:
- First Health Network
- Avmed Workers Compensation
- Tricare Prime (unless preferred care provider gets an authorization for Tallahassee Diagnostic Imaging to perform the service)
- One Call Medical
